If by chance your goods are delivered to you damaged or flawed, we will have them shipped back to us upon your refusal of shipment. Please contact us to let us know of the issue.

If your item is not damaged or flawed, and you have changed your mind and wish to return it, all we ask is that your item is still in perfect condition, and where possible ensure they are in the original packaging (you can open the packaging to inspect your item). Please be aware that there will be a restocking charge in addition to shipping charges. Items can be exchanged within a 14-day period from the date of delivery (online orders only) valued at the same price or higher.

Please note that any custom orders that are made to order are non-returnable and non-refundable.
